Welcome to our new LIVE stream, ZOOM Yoga Classes with Life in Balance.

We would love you all to join us as we join this exciting new way to continue our connection with our community.

With our physical doors of our Yoga studio in Cooroy closed, we took a little break to breathe into a new way for all of us to stay connected during this time of change.  We have your favourite yoga teachers stretching their wings to give their yoga and meditation offering in this new way of a LIVE class on ZOOM.

Have a look at the website Yoga Timetable and there will be a list of the Live streamed, online classes we will be offering weekly.  To join our online classes:

  1. You will need to jump online to our website SHOP and purchase:
    * a single class,
    * 5-class pass,
    * 10-class pass or
    * Monthly pass.
    * if you already have a class pass with us you can continue using this (Just please email me and let me know what class you would like to join)
  2. Then email me at least ONE HOUR before class to let me know what class you would like to join and you would like to use your single class pass or one of your multiple class passes. I will then send through the Meeting ID that you will need to use on your ZOOM app.

Located in the heart of Cooroy, the Life in Balance Yoga Studio is a learning centre offering classes and workshops that explore the nature of yoga.  Together we will understand how the practice can relate to all other aspects of your life.  All life is yoga.

INTRODUCTION to EASY MEDITATION

Interested in an easy way to meditate?  So many studies around the world are letting us know how good it is for our mental state to bring a meditation practice into our lives.  One of our teachers, Charlie, will be offering and INTRO to MEDITATION course over four-weeks from Saturday 2nd May at 10am, $80.  Let us know if you are interested.

Meditation for every-body, Meditation that is made easy on Saturdays, 8:30am.  Our minds are not meant to be still.  Join us as we explore your own personal way to meditate.

New early morning Rise and Shine Summer Flow classes have started every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6:30am!

Class description:

If you are new to yoga, walking into your first class is the biggest step. You arrived! Walking out of a class knowing you did the best you could for that particular day, is perfect.  The Basics Class works with just that, the basics of a yoga practice, always using alignment-based vinyasa yoga.  Suitable for all levels.
All levels welcome, the General Class works with the understanding you have found yourself on a yoga mat before.  We move deeper into a series of poses using alignment-based vinyasa yoga that have you play with your edge.  The edge is where we find new possibilities.

Prices

  • Casual: $20, $15*
  • Introductory 10-day Pass: $25, unlimited yoga for locals new to yoga
  • 5-Class Pass: $85
  • 10-Class Pass: $160
  • One Month Unlimited: $100
